About
Sean is a real estate professional specializing in ground up industrial development, and land acquisition & entitlement consulting services. He holds a Masters in Real Estate from the Runstad School at University of Washington, with a focus on affordable housing. Sean is an active member of NAIOP, chairing the developing leaders committee and facilitating the NAIOP mentorship program.
With three years experience leading the land acquisition department for a top national homebuilder, he excels in identifying suitable land parcels, navigating land use code, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring successful project execution. Sean additionally assists is the entitlement and horizontal development of these projects.
Sean is a lifelong Washingtonian, growing up in Bellevue, and later moving to Seattle. He spends his free time training for triathlons, rooting for the Mariners, and arguing on twitter about the benefits of single stair buildings. #AntiStairRadical
